INITIAL STYLE CONSULT
EXERCISES & QUESTIONS

Welcome! I’m looking forward to getting to know you, your life, and your style goals.

In order for our consult to be as productive and beneficial as possible, please submit these completed steps and form at least 24 hours before our scheduled consult.

There are absolutely no right or wrong answers--this is simply an exercise to play with, have fun, and to ground us all in the work. I encourage you to take some “me” time, reflect, be honest, and listen to your gut and heart. Responses may be as long, short, weird, wild, funny as you wish!

You'll need to be next to your clothes to complete these exercises. I suggest setting aside at least 1 hour.

To support you in getting started, I invite you to take a moment to pause. Gather your energy and pull your focus inward towards your center, towards your breath. Follow and observe your breath without judging or changing it, giving your body/mind the space and time to calm and relax.

Once settled, invite an intention to arise in your mind. An intention is a simple goal statement. For example, what is your ideal end product for our work together? You may have one or several. Invite these intentions to spontaneously arise in your body/mind without judgment.

Stay in this relaxed state for as long as you’d like. When you feel ready…begin!

Tip: Keep this window open so you don't lose anything! Or, type all your answers in Word, save the document, and then copy and paste into the form boxes. Once completed, be sure to click submit at the bottom of the form.

1. Take out 3-20ish items (clothes, accessories, shoes) that make you feel powerful, confident, and like your true, beautiful self every time you put them on. Lay them all next to each other, take photos and send (via text or email) under the title, Love these! (To text: 617 794 2117 / To email: sara@sarahiris.com)

2. Next, take out 3-20ish items that you really like but aren't sure how to wear. Lay them next to each other, take photos, and send under the title, Not sure about these.

3. Lastly, pull 3-20ish items you don't know why you have, never wear, don't like, no longer resonate with, etc. Lay them next to each other, take photos, and send under the title, Don't like these. 

If possible, please keep these items in their sorted categories and easily accessible as we'll be using them during our consult.
